Maxims of Imam Hussein A.S part 2
Those who worship God for the hope of gaining , they're not real worshippers ,they're merchants.
Intercession by the Qur’an and Prophet’s Household
According to several traditions, the Qur’an and the Household of the Holy Prophet too will intercede on the Day of Judgment. The Holy Prophet said: “I intercede on the Day of Judgment and my intercession is accepted and Ali will intercede and his intercession is accepted, my Household will interceded and their intercession is accepted as well.”
Hazrat Fatima Ma’soomah too intercedes
Fatima Ma’soomah too intercedes and the expanse of her intercession encompasses the entire history of Islam. The reason for qualification of Fatima Ma’soomah to intercede is explained in a tradition handed down from Prophet of Islam:
Virtues of Zainab (PBUH)
Zainab (PBUH), the daughter of Imam Ali and Fatima al-Zahra (PBUH), was born on the 5th Jamadi-ul-Awwal in the 5th or 6th year of Hegira in the city of al- Medina al-Monawara.
Zainab’s Mother
Zainab’s mother, Fatima Al-Zahra (A.S), was model of (Islamic) virtues, very diligent in educating her children and did all housework herself; ground wheat, made dough and baked bread. She spent Thursday nights prostrating and praying for others, never for herself.
Worship and Servitude of Zainab (PUBH)
Zainab (PBUH) learned from the Holy Qur’an that the objective of creating man is for him to reach the pinnacle of servitude.[1]
Zainab (PBUH), the Great Protector of Values
Where and from whom can a woman, who does not want to live in ignorance and surrender to materialistic life, learn the art of living? Is there a way to live correctly and educate oneself in this ever changing material world with its enticing and tempting attractions that can allure any pious person?
Chastity and Piety of Zainab (PBUH)
Chastity and piety are the most admirable virtues for women. Zainab learned chastity in the school of her father. Her father used to say: a martyred fighter who lays his life in the way of Allah, will not be rewarded more than a person who is powerful but is chaste, that is, who can commit sin but refrains from doing it. A chaste person is very close to angels.”[1]
Eloquence and articulateness of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH)
Having innate talent is not enough for an orator who wants to talks in an eloquent and articulate manner, they must repeatedly practice; they must also be completely prepared physically and psychically during orating as to be able to present an eloquent and articulate speech.
