Iran ,EU on Threshold of Reaching Oil Agreement :Zarif

Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, said on Sunday that Iran and the European Union are on the brink of reaching an agreement that would allow the sale of Iranian oil and the transfer of its revenues to Iran in order to face US unilateral measures.
