Russia to Respond in Kind if US Withdraws from INF Arms Treaty

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that if the United States decides to withdraw from the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces treaty, Russia will have to respond in kind, and will do so very quickly and effectively.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Sputnik that if the Washington continues to withdraw unilaterally from agreements, then Moscow will adopt a range of retaliatory measures, including military ones.
