Biography of Muhammad ibn 'Ali al-Baqir (PBUH)
The holy Imam Muhammad al-Baqir is the Fifth Apostolic Imam. His epithet was Abu Ja'far and he was popularly titled "al-Baqir".

Biography of Al-Hasan Ibn 'Ali al-Mujtaba (PBUH)
Imam Hasan was the eldest son of Imam 'Ali and Hadrat Fatimah. When the Holy Prophet received the happy news of the birth of his grandson, he came to the house of his beloved daughter, took the newly born child in his arms, recited adhan and iqamah in his right and left ears respectively, and in compliance with Allah's command named him al-Hasan.
Biography of Ali ibn abi Talib, Amir al-Mu'menin (PBUH)
He was born in the Sacred House (Ka'bah). Providence alone had a hand in bringing his mother towards the Ka'bah. When his mother came to Ka'bah, she felt weighed down by intense pain of pregnancy.

Imam Sadiq is the sixt Shia Imam and a major figure in the Hanafi and Maliki schools of Sunni jurisprudence. He is a significant figure in the formulation of Shia doctrine. The traditions recorded from al-Sadiq are said to be more numerous than all hadiths recorded from all other Shia imams combined. As the founder of "Ja'fari jurisprudence", al-Sadiq also elaborated the doctrine of Nass (divinely inspired designation of each imam by the previous imam), and Ismah (the infallibility of the imams), as well as that of Taqiyyah.

Imam Muḥammad al-Baqir, full name Muhammad bin 'Ali bin al-Husayn bin Ali bin Abi Talib, also known as Abu Ja'far or simply al-Baqir (Arabic: محمد الباقر, translit. al-Bāqir, lit. 'the one who opens knowledge') (677-733) was the fifth Shia imam, succeeding his father Imam Zayn al-Abidin and succeeded by his son Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq. He was the first imam descended from both grandsons of Prophet Muhammad: Hasan ibn Ali and Husayn ibn Ali. He is revered by Shiite Muslims for his religious leadership, and respected by Sunni Muslims for his knowledge and Islamic scholarship as a jurist in Medina.
