Place of Prayer

Masjid Rules

A mosque (masjid) is a place of worship used by Muslims. The English word “mosque” is derived from its Arabic equivalent, Masjid, which means “place of prostration.” It is in the mosque that Muslims perform their prayers.

Rules of Khums

Khums (Arabic: الخمس) is a fiqhi term meaning to pay one fifth of the annual surplus income, or of mine and treasure, taking into account the required conditions in fiqh.

Rules of Zakat

Zakaat becomes obligatory only when the wealth meets the criterion prescribed by the Shariah.
