Zoorkhaneh is traditional system of athletics. Whole workout tooks aproximately 1,5 hour. Training sessions consist mainly of ritual gymnastic movements with the core of combat practice. Each exercise is accompanied by drums and singing. The oldest guy in the middle of circle is a coach in retirement. It has been told me, that coach is 100 years old. He led a part of the exercise.
