Quri Qale Cave in Kermanshah

Quri Qale Cave is located northwest of Ravansar in Kermanshah province. At 12km, it is one of the longest caves in western Asia and a popular tourist attraction in the western province. The cave has been inscribed as one of the seven national natural heritages of Iran.

Ant communication

The Qur'an indicates, when recounting Prophet Sulayman's (A.S) life, that ants have a communication system: hen, when they reached the Valley of the Ants, an ant said: "Ants! Enter your dwellings, so that Sulayman and his troops do not crush you unwittingly." (Qur'an, 27: 18)
