Khums in Islam

As a kind of solution for decreasing the financial problems of the Islamic society, especially those of underprivileged people, Islam has offered some ways that one of the most effective of which is Khums.

Rules of Endowment and Ḥabs

De Factu Endowment For an endowment deed to be materialized, it is not necessary to recite its formula. Indeed, it is enough to conclude it in a de facto manner. However, if one recites its formula, it is not necessary to articulate it in Arabic.
