Ṣulḥ

Binding Status of Ṣulḥ If the ṣulḥ is concluded in a proper manner, it should be binding on the owner. Thus, he has no right to revocation unless he has reserved the right to revoke the ṣulḥ.

To Transfer One's Property through Ṣulḥ
If a person gives another person the whole property he has through a ṣulḥ deed on the condition that he would remain in charge of the property throughout his life, it is valid and enforceable. Therefore, he is not allowed to cancel it or to transfer the ownership of the property to a third party; rather he is only allowed to use it for life.
