Ingredients:
220 g spaghetti
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
¼ tbsp. garlic powder
Black pepper as desired
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup milk
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dried basil leaves
¼ tsp thyme powder
450 g tomatoes, pureed
Olive oil
150 g sausages, chopped
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix well the egg, salt, garlic powder, and mozzarella.
2. Add in milk, dried oregano, basil, and thyme as well as tomato puree and mix.
3. Put spaghetti in a pot and allow to get smooth in some water, salt, and 1 tsp olive oil.
4. Add spaghetti to the mixture and combine.
5. Cover the oven dish in oil and place the spaghetti mixture evenly.
6. Spread the remaining cheese on top and set tiny sausages cubes.
7. Set the dish in a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
8. Once the top is golden, take out the Pyrex. Serve hot. Bon appetite.
Recommendation:
You can substitute mozzarella with parmesan or cheddar cheese.
