Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army began the day by securing the town of Nahitah after the takfiri rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham managed to score a small advance during a counter-attack last night.

With Nahitah secured, the Syrian Army pushed south towards the small town of Sama Al-Hadeidat.

The Syrian Army would quickly take control of Sama Al-Hadeidat, as most of the rebels had already retreated to nearby Maliha Al-Sharqiyah.

Following the capture of Sama Al-Hadeidat, the Syrian Army made a big push to reach the outskirts of Al-Hirak; this would result in the capture of Maliha Al-Gharbiyah and Maliha Al-Sharqiyah.

As a result of this advance, the Syrian Arab Army managed to capture approximately 54 square kilometers of territory from the jihadist rebels in east Daraa.

More importantly, the Syrian Army is now at the eastern outskirts of Al-Hirak, which is their next major battle in southwest Syria.

If they are successful in capturing Al-Hirak, they will be in a solid position to push further south towards the Nassib Crossing and historical city of Busra Al-Sham.
