The Syrian agency SANA quoted from local sources that al-Sossah village in al-Boukamal countryside was subjected to raids by the warplanes of the US-led international coalition, claiming the lives of a man and his wife and causing serious injuries to a number of their family members, most of them children and women.
The aggression also caused massive material damage to a number of houses, the sources added.
On Friday, warplanes of the US-led coalition after midnight launched intensive airstrikes on the towns of al-Baghouz Fowqani and al-Souseh on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River in a- Boukamal countryside, claiming the lives of 30 civilians, injuring scores more, mostly children and women and destroying the infrastructures.
The coalition’s aggression has caused massive damage to the two towns where dozens of houses have collapsed on their residents.
