They launched several air strikes on Abu Dhabi International Airport, by new drone, Sammad 3, which was unveiled today.

The Sammad-3 drone launched three attacks on the airport on Thursday. The UAE has however denied the attack. "Our attack on Abu Dhabi airport shows our forces are no paper tiger like our enemies claim," Houthi spokesman General Abdullah al-Jafri told the Yemen's Al-Masirah television channel on the phone.

"They mocked us before, but let me make it clear that the next stage will be targeting the infrastructure of our enemies in Saudi and the UAE," he added.

Abu Dhabi airport tweeted earlier in the day there had been an incident but did not say if it was related to a drone attack.

According to navigational sources, the raids have disrupted air navigation from and to the airport

The reported drone attack came the day after the Houthis damaged two saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea.
