A senior delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas left for the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in order to resume talks on the Palestinian reconciliation.

The Hamas’ delegation, including members of Hamas Political Bureau Khalil al-Hayya and Rawhi Mushtah, left Gaza on Monday morning for Cairo.

The Hamas delegation's visit to Cairo coincides with the return of chief of Egypt’s General Intelligence Service Abbas Kamal from Washington and arrival of Fatah Movement's delegation to the Egyptian capital to convey the Palestinian Authority’s vision for Egypt’s proposal to end the internal Palestinian rift.
