Hezbollah Displays UAV Squadron with Impressive Capability

Lebanese Hezbollah added a drone squadron to the weaponry displayed at the Melita Museum for Resistance Tourism in southern Lebanon. Not too long ago, Melita displayed two old-generation aircraft (Mersad 1 and 2) as well.

The newly-displayed drones UAV were used by the Islamic Resistance air force while confronting the Zionist war on Lebanon in 2006 and during the anti-terror campaign on Lebanon-Syria border in 2017.

Hezbollah has created a fleet of armed drones and is using them to great effect in Syria, as the organisation boosts a warfighting capability .

According to video evidence, the Lebanese Hezbollah has used unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, to drop bombs on Syrian rebels in northern Syria.

A video posted on YouTube in August shows what appears to be shrapnel bombs being launched from micro-drone operated by Hezbollah.
