one of my friends asked me for a loan of two dinars, and I promised to give it to him after Tawaf. My Tawaf had not finished when Imam Sadeq (AS) entered and put his hand on my shoulder and we were both performing Tawaf. My Tawaf finished and as a respect for Imam Sadeq (AS) I accompanied him, and continued. That needy man who did not know Imam Sadeq (AS) was sitting in a corner and thought I forgot his request and pointed with his finger each time I passed him to remind me of his request.

Imam Sadeq (AS) asked me: Why this man is pointing at you? I replied: He is waiting for me to finish my Tawaf and go to him and give him a loan and because your blessed hand was on my shoulder, I did not want to leave you. Imam (AS) without delay took away his hand from my shoulder and said: Leave me and go and see to his need. I went and did it and the next day I saw Imam Sadeq (AS) was talking to his companions and when he saw me he stopped and said: If you try to fulfill the needs of one of your believing brothers, is better than releasing thousand slaves and mobilize thousand people in the way of God [1].
