The book contains 11 articles originally written in Persian by a number of Iranian university scholars and researchers such as Seyed Hossein Mirmoezzi, Mehdi Banarazavi, Seyed Mohammad Reza Amiri Tehrani and Seyed Ahmad Movaseqi.

It has been divided into two parts, with the first discussing Islamic economy and the second describing Islamic financial system.

Javed Mirzayev, Boris Nurik, Chulpan Hamidava and Vasily Wedwin have translated the articles into THE Russian language.

Svetlana Babenkova, a prominent researcher with the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences is the scientific editor of the translation.
