"We will launch electromagnetic interference to prevent satellite communications and aircraft off the Syrian coast," Schweigo said during a speech in Moscow.
He added that Moscow will provide Syria with automatic systems to control all means of air defense, noting that the S-300 will enable the closure of Syrian airspace in the face of Israeli attacks.
Shweigo renewed loading "Israel" responsibility for the downing of the Russian plane, last Monday evening, which claimed the lives of 15 Russian soldiers.
He stressed that the Israeli army did not inform the Russian side through the hotline intention to launch air strikes on Syria only one minute before the start of the attack.
