'Terrorism and extremism threaten global peace and the world community is responsible for terror attacks anywhere in the world,' said Qin Yong.
Saying that terrorists have incurred Iran several times, he added, 'but Iran has not hesitated to take any actions to fight them'.
'Iran is a great source of peace and stability throughout the region,' Qin reiterated.
Qin referred to the importance of global collaboration in fighting terrorism, adding, 'Iran and China can expand their collaboration to strike terrorism.'
The terrorist attack targeted Saturday a military parade and the civilian bystanders in the southwestern city of Ahvaz. At least 24 people, including children and women, were killed and some 60 people were injured by the terrorists.
More than 30 countries sympathized with Iran and condemned the September 23 attack.
A group, calling itself al-Ahwazieh, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
