'That's the package we agreed upon recently; and now we see they take steps to implement it,' said Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Friday evening, talking to Iranian reporters in New York.
'The most important step taken so far is creating the Special-Purpose Vehicle; many central banks in Europe are members of it.'
Zarif added that such steps illustrate that Europe won't let the US decide for them.
He also said that no meetings with the US former Secretary of State John Kerry have been scheduled. John Kerry is not in New York and he is mostly busy promoting his book.
'I have had and will have meetings with think tanks, though. And there have been several interviews,' said Zarif.
After leaving office, Kerry once said in an interview that he had had a meeting with the Iranian minister of foreign affairs, which US President Donald Trump reprimanded in Twitter message and Kerry responded that Trumps needs to read his book to learn something about Iran nuclear deal.
