Iran’s Non-Oil Exports Hit $23 bn

The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) announced on Saturday that Iran’s non-oil exports reached the record high of $23.123 bn in the first half of the current Iranian year (beginning on March 21, 2018), showing a 13% rise.

According to the latest statistics published by IRICA, the weight of non-oil exports reached 644,000 tons.

Major items exported in the period are petrochemical products (30.39%) and gas condensates (10.49%). 

China ($4.633 bn), Iraq ($4.564 bn), United Arab Emirates ($4.063 bn), Afghanistan ($1.668 bn), and India ($1.255 bn) were the major customers of Iranian products. 

Aforementioned countries are respectively in charge of 20.4%, 19.74%, 17.57%, 7.22%, and 5.43% of Iran’s exports during the first half of the current Iranian year.
