Saudi Raises Oil Output to Please Donald Trump

Saudi Arabia has raised its oil production to 10.7 million barrels per day since the beginning of October, to fulfill demands by US President Donald Trump.

"The world oil market is getting good supplies right now," Saudi Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Minister Khalid Al-Falih said at a conference in Moscow with Russian President Vladimiere Putin.

Al-Falih pointed out that the Kingdom will raise oil production more in November over the level of 10.7 million barrels per day.

Trump has requested from Saudi Arabia to raise its oil production to cover the expected deficit from the world oil supply after the illegal embargo on the export of Iranian oil.
