Iran’s big chefs have come together in the capital to compete in the 2nd edition of the seafood festival to encourage the consumption of more seafood as a healthy, familiar diet. They will be making a variety of seafood dishes.
Over a 100 recipes will be made in the cook-off and judged by renowned, international judges. Winners will be awarded top prizes.
Seafood can prevent hypertension, reduce cardiovascular disease, help the growth and health of the fetus nervous system, and prevent Alzheimer's disease. To benefit from these, seafood must be eaten at least twice a week.
