Morteza Aqaei Wednesday evening said that now 2,500 offices under this organization carried out the registration of pilgrims of Arbaeen throughout the country.

He continued, “Based on the Iranian president order, the visa fee for Arbaeen pilgrims is 234,875 tomans, which includes insurance and healthcare costs.”

General Director of the Office of Hajj Pilgrimage Planning and Monitoring Hajj Affairs Department said, “The visas issued for Arbaeen pilgrims are valid for 50 days, and pilgrims can travel to Iraq during this time.”

Last year, more than 2 million Iranian pilgrims departed for participation in the universal ritual of Arbaeen.
