The 9th International Halal Exhibition kicked off in the Russian capital Moscow, Press TV reported.

The exhibition brings together Russian and foreign manufacturers from the halal industry, investors, sponsors, tourism industry representatives, retail chain purchasers, distributors, fashion designers working in the field of modest fashion, and representatives of related industries.

Its purpose is to foster the development of domestic production, international trade, and investments.

“Choose your future” – this is one of the slogans of the upcoming Moscow Halal Expo – 2018!

Past few years, Russian companies operating under the Halal standard have been actively entering the international market, in particular, the products and services of domestic companies are already represented in the countries of the Arab-Muslim world. That is why the main topic of the exhibition this year was “Russia’s Opportunities in the International Market”.

The extensive business programme includes the International Halal Congress, a tourism forum, and public presentations from renowned business coaches. For the first time, the Business Education Forum was held during the exhibition. Russian and foreign purchasers from large retail chains and heads of international companies tooke part in this forum.

The exhibition host lectures for men and women and various gastronomic master classes. An Oriental bazaar opened throughout the exhibition period. In addition, there will be children’s entertainment on site. Visitors can look forward to draw games, prizes, and free gifts, VDNH EXPO mentioned. 

The exhibition is traditionally held with the support of the Council of Muftis of Russia,  Government of Moscow, Russian and foreign organizations. Partners: international auditing company Deloitte, Pulsexpo.

The grand opening was attended by delegates and exhibitors from around the world, in particular: Indonesia, Bahrain, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries, world Congress of Tatar noticed.
