It is narrated that, Seyyed ibn Tawoos had been offered the position of chief judge and he said: In all my life I have not been able to judge one dispute and end it and establish peace; how can I accept the post of chief judge and establish peace between the human beings? Seyyed (RA) said: First, do self-development; the one who is not able to do so, how can he improve others? In another words, the one who cannot establish justice inside himself/herself, how can he/she invite the society to justice and establish justice in that society [1]?
