Iranian ‘Ash Festival in Zanjan
The 13th National Iranian ‘Ash Festival began work on 13th August 2018 at the Gavazang (El Daghi) recreational center in Zanjan, northwestern Iran. The event will run for four days in Zanjan. Ethnic groups from across Iran cook the different varieties of this special potage called ‘Ash in Persian with fresh herbs and legumes for the Festival. A large handicrafts show is also staged here.
