Silent Partnership

A silent partnership contract should be confined to investing the capital in trade, i.e. buying and selling only.

Business/Occupation

It is recommended for a business man to learn the rules of daily transactions. In fact, if due to ignorance, he may necessarily contradict the laws of Shariah, then it is obligatory upon him to learn.

Rules of Transactions

Binding Status of De Facto Transaction Insofar as their binding powers are concerned, both de facto transaction and that done through utterance of the formula are the same.
