Iran, Afghanistan to Establish Cultural Centers

Minister of Information and Culture of Afghanistan Hasina Safi and Iran's Ambassador to Kabul Mohammad Reza Bahrami signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Sunday to establish cultural centers affiliated to consulates in Mashad and Herat cities.
